2. Reservations are taken on a first~come,  first~served basis and
   space is limited. We recommend that you call to ensure your fax
   or e-mail is received. Please fill out one form per person.
3. The limited edition pins will be pre-sold and assigned randomly
   by the Disney Merchandise System, managed by Disney Information 
   Technology.
4. You must be a registered Christmastime in the City participant to
   order merchandise. If your reservation is canceled, your order
   will also be canceled and your credit card will be credited.
5. Once the Random Selection Process (RSP) has run and the system
   assigns the pins, Walt Disney Event Services will charge your credit
   card on or about December 3, 2001. Guests will be allotted 2 pins
   of each style awarded.
6. Your pre-packaged pins will be available for pick up on
   December 15, 2001 between 9am and 3pm. Each attendee will need to
   register in person to pick up their pins.
7. Pin quantities are limited. Some restrictions may apply.
8. Shipping is NOT available.
9. A confirmation of your assigned pins will be mailed to you no later
   than December 7, 2001.

Discount Information:  If you have a Disney Club Card or Cast Member ID
card you MUST provide us with a copy of your card no later than Nov 26th
in order to receive your discount.  Late copies cannot be accepted.
